Os presento un rebozado diferente, con harina de arroz. Con un sabor muuuy oriental, si os gusta el picante se puede añadir media cayena, pero yo no se la puse. Probadlo, está muuuy bueno!!
THERMOMIX


Ingredientes:


8 filetes de pescado, limpios y sin espinas
1 huevo
2 cucharadas de arroz
1 cebolla
1 ajo
1/2 cta. de cúrcuma
sal
aceite


Preparación:


– Poner el arroz en el vaso y pulverizar 15 seg. V.10
– Añadir el huevo, la cebolla, ajo, cúrcuma, sal y 10 seg. V.5-10
– Rebozar los filetes y colocar en un recipiente hondo, cubrirlos con la mezcla que nos sobra, y dejarlo reposar en la nevera un mínimo de 30 minutos.
– Freir los filetes en aceite y escurrir sobre papel de cocina.
