Otra de las joyas que me lleve en el asalto a Todocooking fueron estas varitas de pescado, deliciosas y sanísimas. Que más se les puede pedir? que sean sencillas de preparar? También lo tienen, lo tienen todo, y en casa nos encantaron! Gracias Noemí! Aquí os dejo el enlace a su receta original. Vamos con ellas!
Ingredientes:
350g. pescado sin piel ni espina (yo usé merluza)
50g. queso rallado
3 huevos (2 para rebozar)
cereales corn Flakes
60g. ketchup
aceite, sal pimienta
- Trituramos el pescado junto con 1 huevo y el ketchup, salpimentar y dejar reposar en la nevera 30 minutos.
- Machacar dos buenos puñados de cereales en una bolsa con zip
- Modelar las varitas (si la masa no es suficientemente firme, podemos añadir pan rallado)
- Pasamos las varitas por huevo y luego las rebozamos en los cereales
- Las Freímos en abundante aceite bien caliente
