Setas con arroz

Hoy te traigo otra receta vegana, para poder variar nuestra dieta. Las setas aportan fibra, vitaminas y minerales. Son ricas en hierro, fósforo, yodo, magnesio, calcio, potasio, zinc, tienen un alto poder saciante y contienen elementos antioxidantes. Si lo acompañamos con un cereal como el arroz es un plato ideal para una cena rápida, y están riquísimas. Te la explico?

Ingredientes:

Arroz cocido al gusto para acompañar (yo usé integral)

aceite AOVE

500g. setas variadas

sal

pimienta

2 cuch. harina

2 cuch. salsa de soja

  • Ponemos el aceite en una sartén e incorporamos las setas. Sofreímos 10 minutos.

  • Salpimentamos y bajamos el fuego y dejamos 5 minutos más.

  • Añadimos la harina y la soja y removemos hasta integrar. Dejamos 5 minutos más y servimos junto con el arroz. Lista!
