Ja en tenia de cremes de xampinyons al bloc, però aquesta m’ha semblat molt curiosa, ja que es fa una espècie de beixamel amb aigua, i la veritat és que queda molt bona, la vols provar? Si vols veure les que ja he publicat, aquí les tens: Crema de champiñones ligera  – Velouté de champiñones

 

Ingredients:

500g. xampinyons portobello

1 all pelat i laminat

mantega

sal i pebre

1 cullerada de farina

aigua

 

  • Netejar els xampinyons i saltar- los a una cassola amb la mantega fosa i l’all laminat.
  • Salpebrem i anem remenant fins que no queda aigua del xampinyons i l’all s’ha daurat.
  • Posem una cullerada de farina i remenem uns minuts, que es torri.
  • Ara anirem afegint aigua de mica en mica, com si féssim una beixamel, afegint i remenant, que quedi una mica espès.
  • Triturem i ja podem servir.
