Seguimos con los platos sanos, rápidos y ricos. Hoy pescadito, que podéis substituir por cualquier otro pescado blanco. La salsa es un pelín picante, pero merece muchísimo la pena probarla. Vamos allá!
TRADICIONAL


Ingredientes:


4 lomos de merluza
aceite
1 manojo de albahaca
4 tomates
2 ajos


Preparación:


– Encender el horno a 170º
– Triturar los tomates junto con la albahaca, los ajos y 2 cucharadas de aceite AOVE
– Poner los lomos en una bandeja para horno y regar con 2 cucharadas de aceite
– Hornear el pescado 20 minutos, sacar y regar con la salsa en frío. Servir tal cual.
