SSSSSSuper sencilla, se hace en un momento y ayuda a seguir la dieta! una cenita estupendacon 4 ingredientes, y que se prepara en 30 minutos, muy muy rica!!
TRADICIONAL


Ingredientes:


4 escalopas de pavo
500g. champiñones laminados
500g. leche evaporada
4 cucharadas de soja


Preparación:


– Cortar la escalopa y dorar en una sartén con poco aceite. Reservar
– Añadir los champiñones, la soja y dejar cocer un poco los champis
– Incorporamos la leche evaporada y la escalopa reservada, y a fuego lento dejamos que se acabe de hacer unos 20 minutos.
